I'm part of the Blue Plate Club! Let me back up: my friend Nadine gave me a blue plate, explaining to me that if you eat on a blue plate, you eat less. Now most of you have seen my pics on here and I have A LOT of blue in my house ... my kitchen counter, table cloth, couch set etc. etc. I even have white plates with blue flowers. BUT they are not blue plates.
Now I have a blue plate of my own!
I Googled blue plates and weight loss/food and this is what I found (some people dyed their food blue - I'm not going that far!).

The first time I read about the blue plate was on the Take Back Your Temple website. Good stuff. I of course don't have a blue plate anymore. My daughter adopted it as her own and the bowl. :)
Since I don't like blue it might work extra well for me, you think? We can use all the help we can get.
Hmmmm... I did have a tiny amount of ice cream tonight (very tiny) because it was in a tiny toddler bowl... that is BLUE. Must've been the color and not the size! Ha! J/k. Very interesting!!! I just figured you were opening a restaurant with a blue plate special like here in TN. hehe
I've been using small plates and bowls since November and it has really helped. Never thought of blue ones. I'm going to get some!!
